The face of the claims department has changed dramatically over the last ten years.  Claims operations which use to have an average experience level of 7+ years are now facing a staff with claims experience of less than 2 years.  While there has been a decrease in experience, there has been a corresponding increase in workloads.  
This combination has decreased the ability for many carriers to develop staff with the expertise to effectively handle their intercompany arbitration files.  

Acclaim Resource Partners' management team has been responsible for over 26,000 arbitration filings over the last four years.  We will defend the position of the carrier on files requiring responses to previously filed applications, including submitting counter- claims in those applicable situations.  We also file original applications for newly assigned files or files previously assigned for recovery.   All our filings are monitored via a propietary database allowing us to measure specific trends and outcomes.
