| File Setup | We strive to enter all files within 1 business day. While there may be occasional times where this does not occur due to an extraordinary influx of assignments, our clients will find that over 95% of the time all files are entered within 1 business day. |
| File Documentation | Our staff documents files such that if the conversation or action is not noted in the file, it didn’t happen. Our clients have access to view our notes via their own portal on the Acclaim website. Our first log entry will outline the liability analysis, damages, statute of liability, actions and any next steps. Subsequent notes outline our actions and next steps. We treat our files with the care and attention to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. |
| Correspondence | We utilize letters that are a combination of state-specific, industry standard, and client configured letters. All letters are electronically maintained and available at any point in time. |

A key component of an effective business partner relationship is to regularly meet to discuss performance, challenges, and better understand new ways to provide effective solutions for our clients. Meetings are recommended on either a quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly meeting.
