Filing litigation is considered a last resort, but it is a necessary and valuable tool in recoverying your subrogation claim.  Managing counsel can also be a time consuming process requiring expertise and an understanding of the process.

Trust and skill level are important when dealing with counsel.  We utilize relationships with counsel who have an established relationship with our clients.  We also utilize relationships we have with counsel from across the country. Their credentials are excellent and we trust them with our files.

Acclaim Resource Partners will forward or monitor files requiring litigation to be filed in order to recover the subrogation claim.  This entails monitoring the progress of the case and providing status throughout the life of the file.
