Filing litigation is considered a last resort, but it is a necessary and valuable tool in recovering your subrogation claim.  However, managing your legal counsel can be a time consuming process and requires expertise and an understanding of the process.

Acclaim Resource Partners can help clients by taking over this litigation management role and work directly with the necessary counsel.  This takes place in one of two ways:

1. In some instances, we utilize relationships with counsel who have an established relationship with our clients, becoming their subrogation counsel experts. 
2. In other subrogation cases, we utilize relationships we have with counsel from across the country. Their credentials are excellent and we trust them with our files.

Acclaim will forward or monitor files requiring litigation to be filed in order to recover the subrogation claim.  This entails monitoring the progress of the case and providing status throughout the life of the file. 

If requested, Acclaim will also consult with a client's litigation team to share subrogation expertise.
