Through discussions with the subrogation industry, auditing has been a known concern amongst carriers and third party administrators as it relates to the processing of recovery payments. Acclaim has taken steps to resolve this industry concern for their clients by upgrading their settlement form into a clear and comprehensive auditing communication. Acclaim's clients receive these new settlement records with every recovered payment processed through our office.  This new all-inclusive settlement form contains a digital image of every payment, corresponding payment data and specialist that recovered dollars in a simple easy to read digital document format for every payment.  

Our New Settlement Form Details

Acclaim's new settlement form is a system generated document displaying payment recovery information allowing for a complete audit trail of daily payments.  The specific information displayed in this new Subrogation Settlement Form are:

1. Claim Data
Claim data is gathered from Acclaim's subrogation management system, SubroPro and is populated to the Subrogation Settlement Form to be shared with Acclaim's clients. The specific data displayed is the claim #, client, claim type, client claim #, client contact, insured name, date of loss and specialist.

2. Payment Information
Single payment level information containing the payment details behind each individual payment. The specific payment information is who the check is from, check #, amount, file status, type of payment and check count.

3. Recovery Overview
Recovery information at the claim level containing loss type and deductible information. The specific recovery information is the amount, settlement and recovery amount.

4. Check Image
Image of the specific check for the single payment that is scanned and applied to the claim file.
