Acclaim Resource Partners, LLC (“Acclaim”) is a US-based full-service subrogation company, that was founded in 2005 by entrepreneur Kevin G. May, CSRP, CPCU. Its corporate headquarters is located in Bloomington, Illinois.

Acclaim’s Charter
Acclaim’s defined charter is to ensure that insurance industry carriers and self-insured entities have maximized their subrogation processes. By doing so, these companies’ revenue streams will be optimized.

Subrogation Made Simple
Subrogation was designed to ensure that companies only pay for losses that they’re legally responsible for. If a negligent adverse party caused a loss, subrogation sees to it that the party not at-fault is made whole. Subrogation allows insurance carriers and self-insured entities to resolve the issue of who owes what to whom in the areas of auto, property, Workers’ Compensation, healthcare, and more. The recovery process, in its entirety, includes investigating the loss, contacting adverse parties, and resolving the recovery dollars issue via negotiations. Should negotiations fail, alternative dispute resolution vehicles, such as litigation or arbitration, may be utilized.
